Alderaset Stationery

(Description)

Alderaset is a leading stationery brand in Lebanon with a wide presence and a vast catalog. The project involved full digital transformation — from taking original product photos to launching the e-commerce website and training the internal team to manage it. I also led the planning of the product collections and sub-collections to ensure a smooth user experience.

Challenges & Objectives

/ Project Overview

The website was built to reflect Alderaset’s long-standing credibility and market presence while handling a diverse and extensive inventory. This involved close collaboration with the brand on visual identity, content organization, and backend usability. The goal was to create a digital space as organized and professional as the physical stores.

/ Challenges

Managing and displaying an enormous range of products — from school supplies to art materials to tech accessories — required more than just development. It demanded smart categorization, performance optimization, and a front-end that worked for all types of users. The real challenge was to bring structure, speed, and clarity to a complex catalog.

/ Final Outcome

The result is a scalable and beautifully structured website that empowers Alderaset’s team to manage their catalog independently while offering customers an easy and reliable shopping experience. The platform reflects the brand’s scale, professionalism, and readiness for future growth in both retail and e-commerce.
